Noranair-bearing variable-frequency centrifugal water-cooled chiller is a permanent magnet synchronous variable-frequency centrifugal chiller utilizing hydrodynamic air-bearing technology. It integrates multiple advanced technologies, including permanent magnet synchronous motor, two-stage vapor injection, a direct-driven impeller, high-speed rotor dynamics design methodology, and a high-efficiency evaporator, which collectively enhance the unit's energy efficiency and performance.
The adoption of air bearings in place of conventional mechanical bearings enables oil-free operation of the refrigeration system, eliminating the need for complex lubrication systems and further improving performance.
The reliable industrial-grade microcomputer control system, along with group control technology and building automation communication interfaces, ensures excellent operational functionality and rich expandability.
This chiller is widely applicable to air conditioning systems in commercial buildings such as hotels, shopping malls, cinemas, hospitals, schools, and office buildings, as well as process cooling in electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
